What are the terms of the Return/Exchange Policy?

Customers can exchange their orders within 15 days and return their order within 30 days after an order has been delivered.
In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.
If you have received a defective product, send us images at customer@tgc and we will get back to you.
Exchanges are only applicable to items within the same price range.
Shipping and COD charges won’t be refundable
We will instantly initiate the refund to your source account or chosen method of refund.

Upon successful pickup of the return product at your doorstep, we will instantly initiate the refund to your source account or chosen method of refund. 

I like other designs more & want an exchange.

We offer a one-time free replacement policy for orders above ₹ 1000 (reverse shipping to be done & borne by customer) In case of initiating the same, please write to us customer@tgc  within 15 days of receiving the shipment.

Shipping Policy

DELIVERY

Delivery time provided is a guideline only, and does not take into account possible delays that may arise due to payment authorization. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days with the exception of sale periods where it may take up to 3-5 working days. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and may vary sometimes due to factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for any delays caused by factors such as a transportation strike or disruption of delivery services in any area due to any reason whatsoever. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. All orders require a signature upon receipt.


Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including pin code and a mobile number. We cannot initiate a refund if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address.


All orders should take about 7 working days for delivery from the date of purchase. Further information on the order status can be provided by our customer care upon request.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping and handling charges are always free.
Our delivering agency will require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified an alternate recipient for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) as evidence of delivery.
